REACHALL UNDERGOES A 2 DAYS ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENT FACILITATED BY GLOBAL FUND FOR CHILDREN 

ReachAll (Zambia) has undergone a 2 days (16^th to 17^th March 2023) Organizational Assessment (Organizational Capacity Index – ODI) facilitated by Global Fund for Children. The key assessment areas, among others, were Capacity Areas, Analysis of Results, Challenges & Opportunities, and Actions. Arising from this process, ReachAll is developing its Organizational Development Plan (ODP) with support from Global Fund for Children.

Thanks to Global Fund for Children for this much needed assessment which shall enhance organizational growth and sustainability. The process was highly participatory. Thanks also to ReachAll staff for their participation in the process.
