Nakambowa is a dedicated Project Officer who is currently leading the Literacy and Economic Empowerment projects under the Education and Economic Empowerment programs in the District of Livingstone in Southern Province. She strongly believes that every child has the right to education, and every disadvantaged person should have the right to a decent life. Nakambowa has achieved numerous professional successes in her role, including planning and implementing successful annual events such as Litcamps and graduation ceremonies for learners. Additionally, she has supported mentors for Social Emotional Learning Literacy Clubs, resulting in a transformative impact on learners. Outside of work, Nakambowa enjoys writing, sports, exercising, listening to music, and counseling. She values justice, performance, and flexibility, and her favorite book is “Gifted Hands” by Ben Carson and Cecil Murphey. Nakambowa’s dedication to her work and her passion for helping others make her an invaluable asset to the community.
