To ensure access to clean and safe water and to promote sustainable environmental practices. This includes the construction and maintenance of water supply systems, promoting hygiene and sanitation practices, and educating communities about environmental conservation. Through these goals, ReachAll works towards building empowered, functional, and thriving communities in Zambia. As an Organisation, we will refine the direction of our programs while continuing to enhance and expand our commitment to collective action and learning. An approach that has always been, and will remain, central to ReachAll\u2019s identity and work.<\/p>

In addition, we have aligned our goals with the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), adopted globally in September 2000 to reduce extreme poverty and we are committed to contributing meaningfully through our focused program areas. The following are the key approaches used by ReachAll in program implementation:<\/p>

  1. Stakeholders\u2019 Engagement and Participation \u2013 Our stakeholders are vital in our governance, management and programming.<\/li>
  2. Capacity Building of Stakeholders e.g. beneficiaries, partners, service providers and support structures<\/li>
  3. Skilling Community Clubs and Structures \u2013 for improved learning, development and life outcomes. ReachAll forms children, youths and adults skilling clubs as change agents.<\/li>
  4. Promotes Community Driven Development \u2013 This is according to our model (CRLA \u2013 Connecting, Relating, Learning & Acting)<\/li><\/ol>
