Maimbolwa Muliwana is a dedicated and accomplished Country Coordinator who is responsible for overseeing the direction and performance of the organization’s strategy and programs. His belief in the strength of unity in diversity has helped to enhance the creativity, innovation, and effectiveness of the organization. Muliwana has a wealth of experience in management positions, having previously served as a Regional Manager and Branch Manager in water utility companies in Zambia, where he contributed to the exceptional performance of regions and branches under his jurisdiction. He has also managed a UNHCR funded project in three refugee camps and other projects implemented by various partners. Muliwana is an author and a passionate reader who enjoys social activities such as sports and visiting orphanages and old people’s homes. His strong values of accountability, transparency, and honesty have helped him to maintain a solid and vibrant team at ReachAll, even under difficult conditions such as the Covid pandemic, limited resources, and transport to project areas. Muliwana’s favorite book is “The Industrial Revolution” by Stewart Ross.
