PATRICIA N. KAHONGO

Patricia is an exceptional Communications and Advocacy Coordinator who is responsible for managing the organization’s communication and advocacy strategy, work plans, and budgets. She is also the Partnership Coordinator between the organization and Global GLOW in California. Patricia has extensive experience in designing project documentaries and implementing a project communication strategy for the broadest reach. Additionally, she has worked in the media industry and has handled communication aspects and radio programs related to health. Patricia believes in the power of teamwork, honest and compelling storytelling, and amplifying the voices of stakeholders and beneficiaries. Her professional achievements include working with BBC Media Action on a project that focused on good governance and training several volunteers. Furthermore, she built an outstanding customer care custom and rapport at a radio station. In her free time, Patricia loves traveling, meeting new people, listening to calm music, singing, and cooking. Honesty, openness, and teamwork are some of her strongest values, and her favorite book is “The Fatherhood Principle” by Myles Munroe.
